Terms and Conditions


All products on offer on this website are available for delivery in Wymondham and a 15 mile radius area this area (please see postcode areas).

By ordering with us you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions.

As many of the flowers we use in our designs are seasonal and subject to availability it may not always be possible to use the exact flowers shown. On occasions when it is necessary for us to use alternative flowers every effort will be made to achieve the same appearance of the design.

All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Whilst we endeavour to show an accurate colour image, you are advised that there may be variations in colour between the actual goods you receive and the image that you see on your screen.

Some plants and flowers can be harmful if consumed, we accept no liability for any harm caused by inappropriate use of any of our products.

Some flowers and their pollen can cause staining, although every effort will be made on our part to prevent this, care and attention be exercised when handling flowers.

We do not pass on any details to the recipient or third parties and the only information sent with the gift is the personal message card – so remember to put your name on it if you want the recipient to know who it is from.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect information given to us when you place an order and this information is used to process your order, only contacting you regarding the order if necessary, to provide you with the best possible service.


Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday and same day delivery is usually guaranteed on all orders placed before 10:30am. Deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm.

Special requests for delivery time can be made but are not guaranteed. We will always try to adhere to your request wherever possible.

You must ensure that you enter full and accurate delivery details for the intended recipient including full address, postcode and telephone number. We will not accept responsibility for any orders not delivered by us due to incorrect or incomplete details being supplied by you the customer.

In the event of the recipient not being in when we attempt delivery the flowers will either be left in a secure place on the premises, or with a neighbour. Our driver will leave an attention card for the recipient notifying them of delivery and where the flowers are.

In the event that it is not possible for us to leave the flowers an attention card will be left for the recipient and the flowers will be returned to the shop, it is then up to the recipient to contact us and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery.

When ordering at peak times e.g. Valentines Day, Mothers Day and Christmas, same day delivery rules do not apply and we cannot commit to specific delivery times, however we will do our best to get you order completed and delivered as soon as possible.

There are no deliveries on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Processing and Payment

  • All our prices are shown in pounds sterling. And are inclusive of V.A.T at 20%.
  • Payments must be made using credit or debit cards.
  • Payments will be debited when you fully complete and submit your order.
  • For us to fulfil your order and deliver on your requested delivery date, you must ensure you have provided all the necessary information.
  • We accept all major credit and debit cards.


If you find it necessary to cancel an order please contact us on 01953 602374 as soon as possible.

We must be notified of any cancellation at least 24hrs before the due delivery or collection date.
You can arrange to have your flowers at any other time, at no extra cost when cancelling within the 24 hours notice. However if this is not a possibility, a full refund will be given less any costs that have been incurred as a consequence of your cancellation within the 24 hour notice.
If there is a cancellation on the day of delivery we cannot refund.


We are fully committed to providing our customers with the best possible service and the freshest flowers we can. In the unlikely event of a complaint we will investigate the circumstances and if we are fully satisfied a complaint is genuine a full replacement or refund will be given.

You should notify us of any complaint within 24hrs of the flowers being delivered or received, after this time, Ragged Robin Florist accepts no responsibility for faults with our product.
